牵手融e邦，资本运作很简单。5月24日消息来自香港的慧悦财经IntelligentGroupLimited(以下简称：慧悦财经)在美国证监会(SEC)提交招股书，拟在美国纳斯达克IPO上市，股票代码INTJ。公司是全香港第一家、也是唯一一家制作财经内容的财经公关集团。公司计划以4-5美元/股发行500万股普通股，预计募资2250万美元。

2018年7月，IGL根据英属维尔京群岛法案成立，作为我们业务的控股公司。
